Rental Materials and Applications

To get started renting your great new home at The Embassy, follow these simple steps:

  1. Download and print out an application
  2. If you are under 21, download and have a parent or guardian fill out a guarantor application
  3. Fax your application (and guarantor application if necessary) to the Embassy at 608-256-2393 (or mail or hand deliver)
  4. Put down earnest money for your unit in the form of a check deposit at the rental office in the building
